Virtual Interior Design Assistance

As an evolving industry, we feel that it is important to consider the changing times and landscape of how we can connect with clients. Good design can be achieved at any budget and we hope this service helps bridge and connect us with clients that may have been unsure of working with an interior designer in the past. Our hope is to make it more approachable as well as a simplified process of helping you achieve your dream space.

Step 1

Contact us via email so we can set up a Zoom or FaceTime conference call with you to discuss your project goals. Things that we would like to see from you for the call would be photo’s of your space and general area dimensions including windows/openings or any critical architectural elements. From that call we will be able to figure out roughly the hours needed to complete your design and provide you with a design quote.

Step 2

Once you review and approve our design fee quote which will be digitally sent to you via our online client portal. We will get started on making all the selections for your projects needs as well as coordinated drawings. This will be a guidebook for you on purchasing and placement of items. Once we have 80% of the design selections picked out we will schedule another progress meeting with you to make sure you like the overall direction. If no edits are made we then move onto finalization of the design package.

Step 3

We will schedule a final call to review the complete design package and for your final approve via the client portal. Once you make the final approval, your remaining balance is due for design fees on the project. After payment is made we will email your final design package with selections and coordinating layouts. With your complete digital package you are able to have a guideline for ordering and setting up your space at your own convenience and pace.
